1. License to Use the Application

a. Grant of License: We grant you a nontransferable license to use the application ("the Licensed Application") on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Apple Usage Rules. Apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold, to you. b. Restrictions: Except as provided in the Usage Rules, you may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not transfer, redistribute or sublicense the Licensed Application and, if you sell your Apple Device to a third party, you must remove the Licensed Application from the Apple Device before doing so. You may not copy (except as permitted by this license and the Usage Rules), reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part thereof.

2. User Accounts

a. Accuracy of Information: You affirm and agree that all information you provide during account creation (such as email address and date of birth) is true, accurate, current, and complete. b. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service and Business Model

a. Free Version and Advertising: The Service is offered free of charge with the display of advertisements. This advertising revenue allows us to maintain and improve the game. Therefore, the use of ad blockers or any other technical means to circumvent our advertising model is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. b. Paid Subscriptions: We offer paid subscriptions ("Subscription") that unlock additional features, remove ads, or provide other benefits. The specific details, pricing, and terms of each Subscription type will be specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are typically billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly) and will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Service, including, but not limited to, graphics, images, text, logos, game mode names, and visual design, is the exclusive property of Plidetwal Studio and its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Subscription grants you a limited license to access premium features but does not in any way give you ownership or a license to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property assets.

5. Rules of Conduct and Responsible Play

• The goal of Truth & Dice is to have fun in a safe and consensual environment. By using the Service, you agree to abide by the following rules:
• Consent and Safety: The game is based on voluntary participation. Questions and dares suggested by the game or other players are suggestions and are never mandatory.
• Right to Refuse: Every player has the inalienable right to refuse a question or a dare ("pass") at any time, without needing to provide a reason.
• Prohibition of Coercion: It is strictly forbidden to force, intimidate, harass, or pressure another player into performing an action against their will.
• Nature of Dares: We recommend and encourage players to create and accept light-hearted, fun, and creative dares. Actions that could be considered abusive, dangerous, humiliating, illegal, or that would make someone uncomfortable are against the spirit of the game and these Terms.

6. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you. We may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our products or to provide services or technologies to you. 7. External Services

The Licensed Application may enable access to our and/or third-party services and websites (collectively and individually, "External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services, and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND THE LICENSED APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND PLIDETWAL STUDIO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE AND LICENSED APPLICATION, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, AND OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLIDETWAL STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR THE LICENSED APPLICATION. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or Plidetwal Studio. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. We may also terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

11. Export Controls

You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensed Application was obtained. By using the Licensed Application, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any U.S.-embargoed country or on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List.

12. U.S. Government End Users

The Licensed Application and related documentation are "Commercial Items", as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation".

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
